Our Long-Term Purpose is to collaboratively build a holistic appreciation of our individual and shared values to facilitate a healthier global existence through our Values Inspired™ education and resources.

Our 5-Year Vision is to help 20,000 people gain greater compassion for each other and the world around them through our Values Inspired™ education and resources.

Our Daily Mission is to support individuals and organizations to be their best through our Values Inspired™ education and resources.

OUR viOS™: VALUES INSPIRED™ OPERATING SYSTEM

The viOS™ or Values Inspired Operating System is part of the Values Inspired Coaching Certification Program. It helps you (as an individual or group) identify your Core Values in three levels of importance and also allows you to identify your Dark Value (the value that, while not inherently bad, may deter you from your goals) and your Antivalue (the value opposite to what is most important to you).

WHY AND HOW

Our Founder, Rod Macdonald has always felt that no matter one's position in life, there is always something to give. It may be time, money, energy, or goods & services in kind, but we all have something we can do to make the world a better place. The International Academy of Values Inspired Coaching endeavours to do the same, so through donations made by our Founder, we support these six categories of charities in our effort to "give back and pay it forward." While we acknowledge it may not be possible for everyone, we encourage those that can, to do what they are able to as well.

WOMEN & GIRLS: PLAN INTERNATIONAL

FOCUS: WOMEN AND GIRLS

We stand with children, especially girls, wherever they are oppressed, exploited, left behind or not equally valued. MEN AND BOYS: MOVEMBER

FOCUS: MEN

From their website: "Men’s health is in crisis. Men are dying on average 4.5 years earlier than women, and for largely preventable reasons. A growing number of men – around 10.8M globally – are facing life with a prostate cancer diagnosis. Globally, testicular cancer is the most common cancer among young men. INDIGENOUS NEEDS: WATER FIRST

Why this is important to the founder of The International Academy of Values Inspired Coaching: "As a Canadian, I feel we have done an extremely poor job living with our indigenous brothers and sisters. Indigenous peoples have had to live with the negative impacts of colonialism for decades and access to clean water is one of the most fundamental failures in Canadian history spanning all governments and political parties. Supporting Water First is one small effort towards righting these wrongs, without waiting for someone else to do something about it."
